James’ listing was exactly what it said it would be. It met our needs and was very clean. He was also very good at responding and letting us know if we needed anything.

I informed that there will be 4 people. We received two duvets, one without bedding and a sheet for the sofa. This quilt was smelly and had numerous stains. The situation was similar with towels, we received 2 large towels for 4 people. The fold out sofa was gross, smelly and had lots of stains on it. The main light in the bedroom doesn't work. The thermostat cable was broken and the apartment was cold. The windows are leaky, which makes it very noisy and makes it difficult to sleep. There were ants in the bathroom. I informed the host about everything, but he ignored my comments. We looked everywhere for extra bedding and towels, but we couldn't find them anywhere. I don't recommend it, this is my first bad experience with airbnb - really disappointed. Not worth that money at all.

This is an overall a good budget apartment near Heathrow Airport. However, things that really need to be renewed: Apartment floor carpet as it’s is very old and dirty, sofa and the bed. The shower needs a stand place on the wall, and kitchen appliances need to get renewed as well. I would recommend extra bed sheets should be provided for long staying guests. The noise from street could also be disturbing if you are a light sleeper.
