In Cava Vista Villa, you will experience champagne views of the Costa Rica coast. In the morning, you will be awakened by the howler monkeys or in the spring, observe the mayo trees in bloom. During the day, you will see the white-water waves while the tide goes in and out or a paraglider might fly right by as they descend the mountain. At night, you will hear the waves crashing on Dominicalito beach and see the lights from the fishing boats. Truly, this home has cava vistas (champagne views)! This magnificent villa boasts five bedrooms, with four spacious suites, including one with an adjoining second bedroom ideal for children (or adults). Each suite boasts its own bathroom, with three featuring luxurious bathtubs and two offering invigorating outdoor showers. Four of the bedrooms command mesmerizing ocean vistas. Bedroom 1 features a king-sized bed and pocket doors that reveal a breathtaking coastal view extending to Manuel Antonio. It has a double shower and a bathtub, thoughtfully designed for accessibility. The second bedroom, known as the "teak room," offers a king-sized bed and ocean views, along with an enticing indoor/outdoor shower area. The third and fourth bedrooms, with a king-sized bed and two twin beds respectively, share a spacious bathroom featuring a bathtub and two showers—one indoor and one outdoor. A playpen and high chair are included in the villa for added convenience. Both these bedrooms have their dual ocean and rainforest views. The final bedroom, furnished with a queen-sized bed, faces the rear of the house, but its bathroom offers two showers and a bathtub with a view of Costa Rica's vibrant plant life. Each bedroom is air conditioning. The villa has a smart TV, high-speed internet, a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee bar, washer/dryer, and an outdoor gas BBQ. We provide all linens, toiletries, including bathroom and beach/pool towels. An outdoor shower and changing room in the guest bathroom allow you to shake off beach sand after a day by the ocean or exploring waterfalls. But Costa Rica is about outdoor living. Each bedroom has its own private covered deck . There is also a spacious main deck that includes an outdoor kitchen with BBQ, table for 10, and sitting area. The villa's infinity-edge pool offers an idyllic perch to soak in the ocean's beauty and witness awe-inspiring sunsets. The pool includes a seating area with jets, a sun deck, and a space for laps or just playing in the pool. In addition, inside the house an expansive living and dining area seamlessly integrates with the fully equipped kitchen and coffee bar, inviting you to savor a home-cooked or catered meal. In Cava Vista Villa, you'll be immersed in breathtaking ocean views accompanied by the serenity of the tropical jungle. My family of 5 (three teenage kids) had the most fantastic stay at Cava Vista Villa. The house is gorgeous, with top of the line amenities. Each room is a master with its own special features. The infinity pool overlooks the rainforest and we were just a short drive from Dominical, an adorable surf town which has a great health food store, many restaurants and a beautiful beach. Marge is great and so easy to work with. She was available for any questions about the house or local activities. We can't wait to go back!

My stay was excellent in every way! The home is very private and surrounded by forest. We saw howler monkeys and capuchines (white faced). The view is a white water view of the pacific coast with a big rock just off-shore as a center piece...spectacular! And, the view is framed with deep forest on both sides. The house itself is spacious and luxurious. There are two huge dining tables but we only ever used the outside one. The pool deck, where you dine outside, is right off the kitchen, right next to the outdoor grill, right by the pool and has the ocean and forest view. Very convenient and well layed out. The bedrooms are each spacious and unique. Each one is based on a theme which made it interesting. Some of the bedrooms had outdoor showers which makes after beach showers very inviting. The house is brand new so all appliances are in perfect condition and have the latest bells and whistles. Marge was an incredible hostess and offered tons of help to orient us. Great stay!!
House was a stunningly beautiful architectural wonder. We spent most of our time on the lively lanai by the exquisite pool with its view of the sea. Extremely comfortable for 8 adults with four separate outdoor seating areas. Owner immediately answered every query with helpful advice and suggestions - even made us discounted reservations for a fun wildlife mangrove boat tour. Beds were extremely comfortable and outdoor showers were a treat. Lots of beautiful nearby beaches and great restaurants.
Cava Vista (Champagne View) Villa was the perfect place to celebrate a milestone birthday with friends. The luxury Villa is perched above Playa Dominicalito offering spectacular ocean and jungle views where you can watch the toucans and monkeys come and go while soaking in the large infinity edge pool. Marjorie, our host, designed and built a beautiful spacious house with each bedroom having its own separate area for relaxation. She conveniently lives on site in her own home and was always very responsive and provided great advice for eating out and other local activities. Thank you, Marjorie, for sharing your stunning new home and providing a fabulous setting for a memorable vacation for me and my friends. We will see you again. Pura Vida!!

Cava Vista Villa is in the Solemar HOA community. There are 13 lots in this community but everyone has their own private entrance. Cava Vista Villa shares the gated entrance with 2 other houses.
You will need a car to get around this part of Costa Rica. You could use a taxi service if you wish. There is parking for 3 cars but you could fit 4 with some moving around.
