Ha was absolutely amazing to deal with! We messaged on the day that we were hoping to stay, and Ha was super accomodating to your request - she went out of her way to ensure we were comfortable and well set up for the night! The house is absolutely beautiful and I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Melton - stay at Ha's place!

Very nice place which was close to shopping and the centre. Homely environment with the addition of the spa makes it perfect. Would go there again for sure if I’m near melton.
House was beautiful and clean. Ha was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions. Hot tub and play equipment are great additions to this house.

Situated in a tranquil residential neighborhood, this house values the peaceful lives of our neighbors. Therefore, we kindly request that noise be kept to a minimum during designated quiet hours.
Our quiet hours:
- Jacuzzi Spa should not be used after 10 p.m.
- Music & Parties: Weekdays 10 p.m. - 7 a.m., Weekends 10 p.m. - 9 a.m., Public holidays 11 p.m. - 9 a.m.
