The Francis suite guest house was perfect for our needs while we were visiting family in the area. It seems small when you pull up but once you go inside you realize how well it’s been laid out and the fantastic use of space. The modern new construction looks great and the house has new excellent appliances. We were five adults staying for two nights and we found it great. Thanks again, we would not hesitate to go back if we needed a place to stay in the area.

Matthew and Chloe's place was exactly what we were looking for as a private mini getaway to catch the total solar eclipse! From before check-in to checking out, I would highly recommend this host and property :) Matthew was extremely responsive in my questions prior to booking--I particularly appreciated flexibility for a late check-out, and confirming info about connectivity as my partner & I were both working from home during our stay. We also loved the extremely well appointed kitchen (always important to me when I'm away from home) and detailed attention to hospitality--down to the very small details of fresh ice cubes being available. Thanks for a wonderful stay :)

A quiet place to stay outside of town! Loved the coffee bar and kitchen. This NEW, smartly designed, great little home had everything we needed.

We had a wonderful stay! We have a lot of family in the area, but they don’t always have room for us so we splurged and stayed here. It was a little home away from home and 6 minutes from family. Loved the ability to wind down in the evening looking at the stars or having a snack in the kitchen. Really nice, clean, modern place that is easy to find and has everything you need. We will gladly stay here again when we visit our family.
