THE HOUSE/PROPERTY/ACCOMMODATIONS: - This is a spacious single level 5bd/3.5bath home. It can comfortably sleep 10 Guests in any combination - Recommend up to 8 adult guests in 3 queen beds and 1 king bed, and up to 5 children, teens, or adults in a twin/full combo bunk bed and a separate full size bed. - We are located in Thermal, California - just across the dividing lines with La Quinta and Indio, so we are very close to all the great activities Coachella has to offer, including music festivals, golf, tennis, car racing, and horse racing/competitions. Most activities are between 5-10 minutes from our home…and during the festival season, our home is located OPPOSITE traffic…which can save guests hours of stress in traffic! - Free High speed WiFi is accessible throughout the house. - 2 Dedicated Workspaces (in the Primary Bedroom and in the La Quinta room) - Four parking spaces are available for your use in the driveway of our home, with plenty of street parking as well. THE BEDROOMS/BATHROOMS - The Primary bedroom - the “Palm Springs Room” - has a king size memory foam bed, dresser, huge walk-in closet, Smart TV, dedicated large work space, cozy two-person nest swing, and an ensuite bathroom with a separate bath tub and spacious shower with waterfall shower head, shampoo/conditioner/bath gel toiletries, double vanity, and hair dryer. - The second Primary bedroom - or “Indian Wells Tennis Room” has a queen-size adjustable temper-pedic bed, dresser, smart TV, closet, and en-suite bath tub/shower bathroom with shampoo/conditioner/bath gel toiletries and hair dryer. - The third bedroom - or “Coachella Music Room” has a queen size bed, dresser with mirror, closet, and smart tv. - The fourth bedroom - or “La Quinta Golf Room” has a queen size bed, dresser with mirror, closet, “putting carpet” and dedicated work space with a monitor and option for a Roku TV connection and external speakers. - The fifth bedroom - or “Thermal Play Room” - has a twin/full size bunk bed storage combo and a separate full size storage bed, both with plenty of drawer space. It also has TWO fun arcade games for kiddos and adults alike to enjoy - PAC-MAN with multiple games and a STAR WARS Virtual Pinball machine with reality-haptics! - A third full bathroom with bathtub/shower combo, shampoo/conditioner/bath gel toiletries, and hair dryer is located next to the La Quinta, Coachella, and Thermal Play room. - A fourth half-bath is located next to the kitchen. THE LIVING/INDOOR ENTERTAINING AREA - Welcome to the heart of the entertaining space with an open-concept kitchen and living space that includes a lighted bar, a spacious couch, a rocking chair, and a swivel chair. - The living room has a Smart TV with YouTube TV subscription included and great mood backlighting behind the TV and in the niches all around it. - The billiard area of the living room also has a premium Olhausen billiard table with quality billiard cues, balls, and racks stored in a drawer underneath the table, and bar height chairs/tables for additional seating and entertaining space. - KARAOKE the night away a bluetooth Klisch party speaker with microphone. - The living room also has games and cards for additional entertainment. THE KITCHEN/DINING AREA - The kitchen is fully stocked with all the amenities needed for an enjoyable stay: cabinets are all labeled for easy access. Kitchen items include casual and formal dishes, utensils, and pots/pans/baking sheets, a drip/Keurig coffee combo, microwave, toaster, blender, spices, condiments, coffee mugs, cocktail glasses, wine glasses, and cookware. It has plenty of food prep space and a large bar with stool seating. - The dining area has an adjacent table that can sit 10 around a long table with a combination of bench and chair seating. HOME CONVENIENCES AND CHILD SAFETY - Complimentary coffee, tea, coffee condiments for first night's stay - Pack n Play and changing table pad located in the Primary bedroom closet - A child booster chair is available in the Primary bedroom closet - Toys, books, cards, and board games in the living room area - Iron and ironing board located in the Primary bedroom closet - Two movable fans located in Primary bedroom and in La Quinta Room - Pool floats and outdoor games available for guest use. - A washer and dryer - along with detergent and dryer sheets - are also available for guest use THE POOL/HOT TUB/OUTDOOR AMENITIES POOL - Enjoy our beautiful oasis pool - day or night with the automated nighttime pool lighting! There are pool toys and pool floats available for guest use. - The pool may be heated to 82 degrees for an additional charge of $90/day, processed through the platform. We request to know 48 hours in advance if pool heating is desired to ensure it is ready for guests to enjoy. - NOTE: There is NO diving allowed into the pool - which is approximately 5 feet at its deepest point. There is no lifeguard on duty. All individuals swim at their own risk. Adult supervision is required for children at ALL times. HOT TUB - Enjoy our jetted outdoor hot tub - day or night with our automated outdoor ambient lighting. We can heat the hot tub to 100F for your enjoyment (NO additional charge for hot tub heating). 10-person capacity. No children under age 5 permitted. OUTDOOR AMENITIES GAS GRILL - We have an outdoor natural gas grill available for guest use. We have grill utensils and cleaning items provided. GAMES - Enjoy a fun afternoon of cornhole and axe-throwing (heavy plastic axes) in the side yard turf! OUTSIDE DINING AREA/FIREPIT/COUCHES/TV - Guests can enjoy our outdoor bar-height dining table and chairs as well as a propane powered bar height fire table. - We also have an outdoor TV available for guests to enjoy. - We provide 6 sun loungers, a day bed, Acapulco rockers and chairs, and two hammock chair swings for you to relax and enjoy our outdoor oasis! OCCUPANCY - UP TO 10 Guests are allowed, per Riverside County Code. Guest capacity over the amount of 10 is NOT permitted. A penalty fee per guest/per night over the maximum amount of 10 will be assessed. - Renter of the unit is required to be 25 years of age or older. RESTRICTIONS - THIS IS A NO SMOKING & NO PET HOME. NO exceptions are possible. Fines WILL be assessed if these rules are violated. PRICING - We provide a living wage to our cleaning and maintenance staff who provide superb cleaning service between each stay, replenish toiletry supplies , and provide maintenance services when needed.
