Welcome to our place. Beautiful surroundings, peaceful, clean, comfortable, friendly, close proximity to town. If you’re into bird watching, you’re in luck…. Tui’, Kaka, Wood Pigeon, Fan Tail, Bell Bird, Parakeet, and more, seen most days on the property. In search of Kiwi you may also spot a whitetail deer on your evening or early morning walk, sometimes just opposite the driveway on the grass. Your space is located on the ground floor of our home. The apartment is equipped with a toaster, hot water jug, microwave, dishes and cutlery and coffee & tea facilities. Enjoy a complimentary bottle of wine, and welcome platter. You will have use of a full size refrigerator and sink with a large stainless steel kitchen bench, located undercover just outside the door of one of two entrances. You will have your own private bathroom, 5m carpeted walk from your internal apartment door. You will have an outdoor dining area. Note: We occupy the upstairs, and will leave you to enjoy your privacy and space, but could be available if there are any queries. There are no shared spaces with other guests, as the listing suggests, and I have been unable to locate the settings to change AirBnB’s description.

Michelle and Jamie are wonderful and considerate Hosts! They go out of their way to make sure your stay is perfect. The welcome platter was amazing and delicious. After long walks and eating in the village coming back to the cozy apartment and resting, eating more and enjoying the views was so fun. For those interested in close to village walks, who expect the obvious elevation gains, the apartment is in the perfect location for…+Horseshoe Point Track +Water Taxi to Ulva Island +Ackers Point Track +Fern Gully Track

Michelle and Jamie could not have been better hosts. They went above and beyond in every way to make sure we were looked after. They really made a last minute trip super special. The apartment is fantastic and a great place to stay for a couple of days. It feels very private and it is peaceful and relaxing.
