This apartment was a perfect home base for us for our 8 day stay to visit Tokyo. It was our first time in Japan, and it was nice to have such great subway and train acccess to the city and surrounding areas; while also getting away into a quiet neighborhood for some rest. The apartment was actually nicer that the photos show. Everything was very high quality, and we were very comfortable. Akiyo made us feel completely welcome by meeting us at the subway stop to help navigate the side street even though the apartment was easy to find. She had a list of local recommendations for meals, and went out of her way to help us find a great local restaurant for a special dinner, and even made reservations for us. This stay was everything we could have wanted.Great location, great apartment, great ammenities, and a really wonderful host! I highly recommend and would definitely stay again when we are in Tokyo..

Nous avons passés un très bon séjour. L'appartement est très confortable et très propre! La propriétaire est très sympa, elle explique bien tout ce qu'il faut savoir sur le fonctionnement du logement à l'arrivée. Nous recommandons vraiment ce logement pour un séjour sur Tokyo et nous n'hésiterons pas à y retourner😊 今まで行ったAirbnbの中で1番良かったです 乾燥まで出来る洗濯機などあって快適でした！また必ず来ます🫰

My husband and I have a wonderful time in IO Lux Duplex. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the convenience of the location, being only a minute away from the Minami-Asagaya train station and just an 8-minute ride to Shinjuku. The accessibility to transportation made exploring the city a breeze. Akiyo’s recommendations for local restaurants near the accommodation were invaluable. We thoroughly enjoyed immersing ourselves in the authentic dining experiences they offered. Furthermore, we cannot thank you enough for Akiyo's exceptional hospitality. Warm welcome and prompt responses made us feel right at home. The detailed introduction to the facilities in the room was particularly helpful for foreigners like us. In conclusion, we want to emphasize that our stay at your residence was truly remarkable. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Tokyo.
