Great location. Walkable (not for seniors though) to Session Road/ Lourdes church/SM Baguio, Burnham. Very convenient location. Have a convenience store, resto and cafes, and laundry store at the ground floor. Have a pay parking within the building. Unit is complete. Kitchen has a stove, water kettle heater, microwave, rice cooker and basic cutleries and kitchenwares. But since the unit is close to lots of restos we just eat out and reheat left over foods. King bed and Queen Bed with TV and netflix and stand fan. Got a problem with the internet upon arrival but the owner fixed it within the day. Internet was fast, got dropped net probably 4x our whole stay of 3 days so all in all it was ok. Bathroom equipped with heater even the sink has heated water. Unit has a balcony with table and chairs which was a plus plus because the unit could get warm especially during summer and the breeze outside felt so much better. tried the roofdeck but failed to enter because it was locked. 😅

We had a wonderful time at this place. The internet connection was reliable, which was perfect for our work needs. The location is ideal for tourists as it is within walking distance to Session Road. The host was very responsive and proactive, informing us in advance about a scheduled power interruption and providing alternative solutions. Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend it, especially for those visiting Baguio City for work or leisure.

excellent!! probably i will choose to stay again next time we visit baguio. walking distance sa lahat. ms anne is very responsive sa lahat.. ❤️
