The cozy wooden holiday home is located high up, with a beautiful view of Lake Runnsjön. On the terrace you can enjoy the sun for most of the day, relax on the hanging chair or enjoy the sunset around the campfire. The house is approximately 90 square meters in size with an open kitchen-living room, a dining area and an open fireplace in the middle of the room. It has a fully tiled shower room and 4 bedrooms with a total of 6 beds. A foldable baby travel cot is also available. The rest of the 1,744 square meter natural property is almost completely covered with blueberry bushes.

The nearby lake (approx. 200 m away) is home to numerous game fish (char, rainbow trout, salmon trout) and perch. There is a rowing boat on the shore that you can use free of charge. There are also good opportunities for swimming there.
There are several other small lakes nearby for those interested in fishing and you can take a walk or pick some berries and mushrooms in the surrounding forests. Moose are regularly seen in the area around the house and there are beautiful hiking trails.
You will find a public swimming area with a large sandy beach 12 km away.
It is approx. 11 km to Östmark, which has a grocery store and a gas station, among other things. The next larger town, Torsby, with all other necessary services is approx. 35 km.
The nearest neighboring houses are about 100m away and only sporadically inhabited.
