Such a beautiful place to stay, easy to find and fully stocked. Great space enough accommodations for a couple families and fun entertainment. Don’t hesitate to book this house! A+++
This house is perfect for a small gathering! We had 5 adults and 3 children, and everyone slept cozily in their own beds. The theater room was the kids’ favorite place in the house, and we all had a blast playing at the park right next door. The huge kitchen is well stocked and gets tons of natural light which makes it an ideal gathering space. We would definitely stay here again!!

Great space! It's very large and has lots of areas to hang out. Beautiful home and all the rooms are comfortable and spacious. Only complaint is that we couldn't get connected to wifi.. we were there for a short amount of time so we didn't get a reply in time for the right PW, but I'm sure the hosts would've been responsive is we were there longer.
Eric is a great host and the house is worth the price. Convenient location, beautiful decoration and abundant food! Highly recommended

We are located right in the heart of Anchorage, at the tip of Geneva Woods, next to David Green Park. The neighborhood is one of the most desirable in the area. The home is surrounded by trails and pedestrian walk ways which are difficult to find in Anchorage. The walking score for the community is 45, with a biking score of 67 which is higher than the average.
From our location, it takes a couple of minutes to get to the main hwy or get to 36th Ave.
Quiet hours for the neighborhood are Sunday to Thursday 10 PM - 6 AM, and Friday and Saturday 11 PM - 6 AM.
There is plenty of parking for our guests. You have two parking areas available to you. One facing Crescent circle, fits two cars. The other next to the park. Fits four cars. During the winter we do not encourage parking on the street due to snow removal by the city.

I am a nurse who moved to Alaska a few years ago. I worked as a traveling nurse for the state and have been through most villages and big cities in Southwest Alaska. I helped out with the Iditarod one year which was a great experience. My husband was born and raised in Alaska and loves to bike throughout Alaska. We love different things about this amazing state and have enjoyed living here.
