Beautifully decorated cabin on a quiet setting. Located just 3 miles from Lake Itasca entrance. The lake had loons, trumpeter swans, & turtles. Kayaks available and ready to use. The cabin was very clean and well stocked. Plenty of comfortable beds to accommodate the 6 of us. Mary was very helpful with suggestions of nearby restaurants and things to do. We can’t wait to come back to relax and enjoy Mimo’s Beauty Lake Cabin.

A beautiful peaceful cabin. Was so clean and spacious. Very pleasing to the eye with the cozy and cute decor and updates. Great lighting from all the windows. Truly a one of a kind place to stay. Lots of wood for us, pellets for the stove, everything you would need for cooking/cleaning up/showering. The beds are very fresh and comfortable. Wifi worked great. We hope to return this summer to enjoy the lake.

Absolutely in love!! This is a beautiful cabin, that radiates comfort and serenity! We stayed over the weekend for a first time visit to Itasca and the location couldn't be any more perfect, so close to everything but we got to come back from the hustle and bustle to a beautiful lake lot view, pellet stove and peace and quiet. It was cold this weekend so we weren't able to use the outdoor fireplace or kayaks - but we will definetly be back! Mary was beyond kind and considerate and responded in such a timely manner - we were treated so well from before booking till after we left. I hate to hype this place up so much because I want to save it all for myself, but if you're lucky to stay here - you'll fall in love too!

Awesome place to stay. Everything was as described. Comfortable is an understatement. Relaxing in the living room with the pellet fireplace going couldn’t be more perfect. Kitchen has everything you would need to cook yet is clutter free. Sleeping arrangements are set up for a group setting as well as a couples getaway. The large window in the bedroom really helps you appreciate the beauty of the surrounding area. Full bathroom upstairs and half downstairs is perfect setup. The house decor fits perfectly with the local area. Looking forward to going back in the summer to truly appreciate woods and wildlife. Mary was awesome to work with and was quick to respond to inquiries. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unplug and relax.

It was a wonderful stay and a very nice place. 10/10 will stay here again in the summer this time to enjoy the lake and the outdoors. Mary is a great host and offers a beautiful cabin with everything you need to enjoy your stay.
