A wonderful 5 bedroom space perfect for groups of travelers, conventioneers and co-workers to live and work together. Centrally located in the heart of Philadelphia, Convention Center, Chinatown and the Reading Terminal. A scenic 15 to 30 minute walk takes you take you to Philly's many other iconic sites. Located entirely on the first floor for easy street access, this unique Airbnb combines the elements of a co-living and co-working space. Each private bedroom doubles as an office equipped with work desk and iMac or Mac Mini. A large living area to relax in and dining area that can double as a conference table. 1. 5 Private Rooms: Each contain a comfortable twin bed with bedding, towel and amenities include a iMac or Mac Mini, 32" Smart TV, Work Desk and Full Closet. 2. The Living + Dining Room area includes a dining table to eat or hold meetings, lounge area with a leather sofa, 2 armchairs and a 55" Smart TV + Playstation 4 and several games. There's also an electronic soft dart board to test your hand eye coordination. 3. The Kitchen is equipped with a full-size refrigerator, full-size stove, oven, microwave, toaster, basic cookware, dinnerware and utensils. There is also coffee and tea station. 4. The Laundry Room has a full size washer, dryer and cleaning supplies for your use. [ $5 Per Load ]

Great place to stay for a conference. Within walking distance of the convention center. Rooms were clean and spacious. The PS4 and games were great.
The layout of the space is excellent for up to 5 colleagues or friends on a work trip or holiday together. Additionally, the space allows for a much needed sense of privacy for that many people sharing a space. Very smart overall design of the space and the host provided many needed items to make the stay easier for us all to "feel at home" for our brief trip. I would certainly stay there again and I recommend it to any group of friends, intimates, colleagues, relatives, or adventurers. Perfect location for walkers or commuters. Parking was easy and directly across the street.
Easy check in and check out. Clear instructions. Very close walking distance to the convention center, which is why we were there. 5 private beds and rooms with a communal area. Twin size beds is the only down side. All in all, a great experience and prefect for myself and the group I had attending the convention.
