The neighborhood has a hospital - Banner Estrella Medical Center which which is about a mile from the property.
Talking Stick Amphitheater is located east of the property and takes about 4 4-minute drive to get to.
If you prefer walking to both places, that's equally OK. Adjacent to Banner Hospital are Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, McDonald's, and other dining spots.
South of the property by 91st Ave and McDowell, you'd find a Circle K and a newly built QT gas station. At the same location is Cobblestone car wash. A few meters is the I-10 freeway and West is the SR 101.
You will find everything you need within this neighborhood.
Getting around the neighborhood and other places of interest is easy. The property is strategically located between the I~10 and SR 101. You can get to both within 2 minutes and this makes your commute easy.
