An interesting and lovely old terraced house in a great village near to York, Leeds, Harrogate and Knaresborough. Tockwith is a growing village with 2 pubs, a well stocked shop, hairdressers and beauticians. No 22 is an old turn of the century 2 bedded terrace house which has been extensively and lovingly renovated over the last few years. It boasts quality fittings and furnishings and has everything to allow guests a comfortable and convenient stay, with plenty of space for 4 guests.

Lynn was pleasant to deal with. The instructions were clear, so I didn't need to contact much. The place was comfortable, clean, and had good facilities.

Lovely stay Lynn Perfect home
Beautiful well equipped cottage in an ideal location to visit York. Everything was as described and the house was super clean and tidy with everything we needed. We lucked out on the weather so the small court yard was a welcome sun trap. Tockwith is a lovely village with a great shop that was even open Easter Sunday and two pubs. We had a great beer at the boot & shoe while the spotted Ox was more of a busy pub with open mic and karaoke nights which serves food if you wanted it. We ate at the Ticked Trout just 10 mins away. Lovely pub but really more of a restaurant I would say. All in all we had a very successfully trip and will hopefully return.

Lovely village, great atmosphere, pubs and a shop in the village but also peaceful and relaxing.
Parking is on a first come basis and is road side but no restrictions on parking.

I am local to York, in fact I only live 10 minutes away from the property. I live with my partner and we have a large family of 6, we both work, life is fun but busy. I enjoy sport, walking, reading, DIY and socialising.
