It is a centrally-located place across from the NAIA Terminal 3 airport (10-15 minutes walk). This 32 sqm condominium unit is located at 1 Newport Boulevard, Two Palm tree Villas Residences. The studio is just across from the Ninoy Aquino International (NAIA) Airport Terminal 3 (walking distance 10-15 minutes). Perfect for single guests, couples, small families, and a small group of friends. The unit is equipped with: 1. Full-sized bed and sofa bed. 2. 29" SmartTV (with Netflix) 3. The property is as described, good Wi-Fi, no TV channels but Netflix is available. Generally comfortable stay but sadly I need to lower my rating due to the bed: the bed frame is loose and therefore shaking, and the mattress is hard and therefore rather uncomfortable. Ok for one nights stay.
Geoffrey's as our host is very accomodating and the location is very near to the airport T3. The place is nice and clean and also they have a honesty store inside the room which convenient for us if you want to eat in middle of the night. i will recommend this place for any travellers to stay in this place..
Prime spot for when you need to book a place near the airport or when you’re attending a concert in Newport Performing Arts Theater. Great value for the price, water heating is the best, and they even have an honesty store if you need to get water or snacks.
We had a great Stay there very relaxing..The Ambience was good..Worth the Stay 😊😊😊
Geoffrey's place was amazing. Stunning overlooking view of the city, very comfortable, clean and peaceful place to stay. They told us that noises from the airplanes or vehicles might be uncomfortable but I think it didn't really bother us, coz we had a good night sleep. The best part of this trip was accommodating us with my simple surprise request, and they really didn't fail me. Overall, it was a really great experience and we look forward to staying again in your humble abode in the future!

Two Palm Tree Villas is a very secure Condominium. Expect that our guards will not let unregistered guests in. They tend to be too strict to maintain peace and safety on the premises.
