Our S. 2nd St Homey 1.5 Bedroom & Study has a size of over 700sf and is thoughtfully curated, beautifully designed, & well-stocked with local goods for stays over 30 days. Look forward to a courtyard-view apartment on the first floor, just one flight of stairs up from street level, with high ceilings, fully equipped dine-in kitchen, a living space with a velvet sofa & 50” TV, a spacious bedroom with a comfy queen bed and closet, a study with a sleeper chaise & desk area, plus high-speed Wifi. Our apartment, which has six expansive windows casting gentle light and a lush Irish green-colored wainscot in collaboration with Porsche to celebrate it’s 75th Anniversary and a mix of cream linen and blush-colored velvet drapes, gives rich feel good vibes. The design captures the charm of Paris in the 1970s and a splash of modern Nordic decor set in the heart of Williamsburg. And, the well-edited finishes and curated goods in our apartment are sourced from both female and LGBTQ-founded businesses like BEAM, Parachute, Backdrop, and more.

Great little apartment and friendly hosts. The kitchen is well appointed, the bed and pillows are super comfortable and the location can’t be beat. We loved our stay!
Probably one of the best Airbnb's I have stayed at. This unit was extremely well furnished and had a modern renovation done to it. The location has easy access to a lot of restaurants, bars and grocery stores. I would highly recommend this to any guest. The second bedroom was absolutely clutch as an office with a very comfortable chaise type lounge sofa next to the desk.
We were looking for a "home away from home" and this was it. The apartment is really nice and cosy, modern decoration, enough space for two people to work and live, with all the facilities provided (especially enjoyed the stylish living room and bathroom). The location is superb and the neighborhood has everything within short walks. One more thing worth noting is the amazing responsiveness and readiness to help from the Fenix team (huge contrast to any NYC hotel front-desk service). Would definitely recommend and come back to this or any other Fenix property. Last, but not least, as with any Porsche PTS color, you have to experience it up close to appreciate it.
Amazing 1 mo October stay in Williamsburg! The apartment's location is great with two subways nearby - makes getting downtown a breeze. The area has a ton of dining options, and we were impressed with every meal. Security was excellent with app-based keys for the front door and apartment. Was initially skeptical of the app based keys, but was really happy with it by the end of the stay. Had many packages delivered, and none were stolen. The space is large - way more than I expected in NYC! It is really well decorated, has high-end appliances, and a full suite of kitchen utensils. The Wi-Fi was consistently fast, essential for my work-from-home days at the provided desk in the extra room. Last, the host was very responsive and friendly. Looking forward to hopefully booking again soon!
