This home was near the Sacramento River, and nestled in a quiet neighborhood of Dunsmuir. The accommodations were clean and cozy. We especially loved the hottub and the proximity to Mossbrae Falls and Hedge Creek Falls. The kitchen was also well equipped with all the basics needed to cook for the entirety of our stay.

We had a very comfortable stay with our family and felt right at home! Great night sleep and loved the kitchen next to the living room! We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed that the cabin was close enough to hear the river, had 4 bedrooms, & a loft/additional tv area, washer & dryer, 3 full bathrooms, a nicely stocked kitchen, a hot tub, fireplace and plenty of beds. We wish it had a few more conveniences like kitchen sponges and rags, ziploc bags and/or tupperware & foil, sheets for the couch bed, a few extra blankets, coffee filters for the coffee maker, tv remotes with fresh batteries (none of them worked), a bigger smart tv to access apps. Also, some of the door knobs didn’t work properly and should be fixed. Overall we enjoyed our stay even though we all agreed it could use freshening with paint. It is definitely an older cabin with an interesting layout but we would stay again.

The communication with the host was excellent. The kitchen was well stocked. The hot tub was really enjoyable. Nice neighborhood. We really enjoyed the wood stove, and the heated bathroom floor. The house was very comfortable and worked great for our 2 families.
