Situated in the same village as Doddington Hall & Gardens with lovely café and shops, not forgetting the well-stocked farm shop to pick up some local treats. The city of Lincoln boasts a cathedral and castle in the historic Bailgate area, with an abundance of independent shops, and eateries to explore, the cobbled streets and steep hill are not to be forgotten, Lincoln is also famous for it's annual Christmas market. RAF Scampton is close by and you might be lucky enough to see the amazing Red Arrows practising overhead. The Lincolnshire coastline is a short drive away with miles of golden sands. There are local public footpaths and the Lincolnshire Wolds which are great for walking are within easy reach. Clumber Park and Sherwood Forest are within a short drive and provide miles of tracks to explore. Heading through the electric gates and making your way up the long driveway past the owner’s own home, you will see the property. The beautiful accommodations welcomes you into the social open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The property has been designed with style in mind and offers a sleek kitchen with built in appliances such as electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. The nearby breakfast bar separates the lounge area which boasts comfortable seating overlooking the warming wood-burner and smart TV with Netflix. The bi-fold doors let the light flood in and the vaulted ceiling just adds to the impressive space. There are two bedrooms, a bright and airy king size bedroom with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the grounds and a zip-and-link twin (which can be made into super-king-size upon request), with smart TV. There is also a spacious shower room with WC. Outside enjoy dining alfresco overlooking the spacious grounds on the outdoor seating with charcoal BBQ. Take a short walk over the brow to the private pond and see what water wildlife you can spot, spend a few hours carp fishing on the lake. There is private electric gated access with ample off road parking for up to 4 cars.
