We are delighted to introduce our exquisite Georgian townhouse nestled in the heart of Liverpool’s Georgian Quarter. This elegant, four-story residence combines historical charm with modern luxury. Situated in a peaceful street just a stone's throw from everything the city centre has to offer: cultural attractions, theatres, dining, boutique shops and the spectacular waterfront. Newly decorated and furnished throughout. Hotel grade mattresses, linen and towels, professionally laundered. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two living rooms, a kitchen/dining room and a work space over 4 storeys. Private small patio garden to rear with seating

Lovely house, short walk from the centre. Long stay car parking nearby.
Ruth was very responsive and easy to communicate with. She met us with the keys. Large , clean , tastefully decorated house. Plenty of interesting books to read in all the rooms including kitchen!

A beautiful house in a great location. Ruth met us at the house and made us feel very welcome. Everything was spotlessly clean, fabulous kitchen, the house had everything we needed. It’s a 15- 20 mins walk from Lime Street station and there are lots of nice cafes, bars and restaurants very close by. Lovely quiet street, no noise at night. Our favourite place for breakfast was Moose Coffee at the end of the road 😋. Thank-you Ruth we would love to visit again!

The Georgian Quarter is 5 minutes walk from the main city centre of Liverpool. This street is unique in that is a relatively quiet residential street surrounded by theatres, eateries, bars etc. The area is very picturesque with many period buildings and famous landmarks.
On street paid parking is available in the surrounding streets.
There are several car parks nearby too.
We would recommend the carpark at Liverpool Cathedral.
