The place was just like the pictures and really close to town while at the same time not being on a main or busy street. It was great to have a landing place to come back to after a long day of adventuring and not be crowded like we would be in a hotel that would have been the same cost or even more. So for that it was well worth the money. There were a couple things that we ran into issues with (noisy neighbors as this is a tri-plex, a couple issues with the remote controls, and user-error on the front door lock) for which Patrick was quick to respond and be of help. The remote continued to give us fits the whole week as I think someone had previously spilled on it but we ultimately would get it working each day. Two things that would have made our stay even better would be a toaster (one is listed on the amenities but was no where to be found) and closet space/bureaus for our clothes. All in all, I would totally recommend staying at any place that Patrick has!

Beautiful area. Loved our stay. Beautifully lighted bath tub. Awesome Southwest decorated. Reminds my husband of his family in Tucson. Well done. Loved it ☺️
