Patricio and the caretaker were very responsive. There was no problem checking-in even at around 12mn. The apartment is basic and decent. You get what you paid for. It has the basic amenities for cooking. The Wifi connection is great. I was able to work properly during my stay. The location is strategic. Right in front of the apartment is a convenience store. The location is walking distance from Burnham Park. There is a jeepney that passes through the road that can take you around. Beautiful view of Baguio at night. Great stay overall for 3days and 2nights.

We really enjoyed our stay in Sir Patricio’s place. Room was very spacious and complete with all the appliance we need for our entire stay. Caretaker was very accommodating and helpful as well. Looking forward to staying here in our next Baguio trip 😊

The balcony apartment has a nice open design and nice balcony. I just wish there was more Airflow considering all the windows turning it into an oven during the day lol. The balcony area was a nice little escape from inside and usually had a nice breeze to pull from outside

Sir Patricio place is very recommendable,very nice and clean,ate juliana is super bait and helpful!!!surely back again 🫶🏻🫶🏻
