Josie and her husband K were very friendly hospitable hosts . They were the icing on the cake of my trip to Bath to attend the Persephone Book Festival. I have no hesitation in recommending them to other guests wishing to find friendly excellent value for money accommodation a short bus ride from Bath city centre.

I had a lovely time staying at Josie and Kae’s place :) at first it was a bit difficult to find the address when you’re arriving by car but when I eventually found it, I really enjoyed my time there. Josie and Kae were very friendly and welcoming hosts and I loved having a chat with them - it felt like staying with friends. I also really enjoyed that there were breakfast options included. It’s located a bit out of town but Bath City Center is very easily accessible by bus and there are options to shop near by. The room is cosy and I didn’t mind that there were some changes to the room’s furnishing - which were communicated clearly to me beforehand. One has a lovely view over the city from the room’s window and the area is quiet and peaceful. I would return if I was to visit in Bath again in the future and I definitely recommend this to anyone planning a solo trip to the city and its surroundings :)

This was the second time that I stayed at Josie's place. I really appreciate the calm there. I sleep well and wake up to the sound of birds singing. It is a perfect location for me while I'm doing sime training in the area. It is very clean and cosy and full of beautiful art and creativity. Highly recommended.

Josie was a lovely person as her place ! She and her husband was really open to the conversation and take the time to explain everything. The place was near the bus so it was perfect and the view from there was extraordinary. I’ve loved this trip with their company !
