This spacious property is set within a 45-acre farm and boasts plenty of green space for your four-legged friend to run around in. It is the perfect rural retreat with room for up to four people as well as one dog – a great chance for the family to get away from it all. There’s no need to stress about packing all of your dog’s items as poo bags, dog towels and a handy stair gate are helpfully supplied. On-site wildlife excursions are available by arrangement, allowing you to properly take in the surrounding area. The property has plenty of natural light throughout, and the good-sized rooms make it a great place to relax with the family, whether in the lounge area with a large Velux window or the charming upstairs snug area. Prepare delicious meals in the contemporary kitchen area before dining at the farmhouse table nearby. There are two cosy yet characterful bedrooms, one being on the ground floor, complete with tasteful antique furniture and an en-suite wet room. The dog-friendly garden is accessible through the lounge and allows for al fresco dining on the picnic bench. Take in the wildlife pond and large lawn area while your hound roams. Perfect for keen cyclists, a major cycle route is situated at the edge of the grounds, offering wonderful rides through the Conwy Valley with scenic views. The World Heritage Site of Conwy itself is home to the 13th-century Conwy Castle, a great place to explore on a day out after browsing the selection of independent shops and restaurants, or why not see the fishing harbour? Nature lovers will be spoilt for choice between Bodnant Gardens (4.5 miles) and the RSPB reserve. Other nearby attractions include Llandudno, Betws-y-Coed and the Isle of Anglesey.
