This retreat home was a perfect setting for a getaway staycation. Pictures don't do the property justice - incredible outdoor lake house vibe combined with an lovely interior set up. The house was incredible, fully stocked to host entertainment for a large group but also homely enough to enjoy winding down after time on the lake. So many spaces to spread out and have indoor/outdoor living on top of comfort in each living space. You can tell the owners spent a lot of time cultivating a space perfect for sharing time, experiences and memories. Yard and boat dock are as advertised, loved jumping off the docks, the views from the patios and grilling on outdoor deck. So many activities at house to never leave for a long weekend but also just the right distance to town to hop in for immediate needs, a winery around corner or even a day trip into ATX. Looking forward to making an annual trip to this retreat on LBJ at this exact property - missing the patio view Hill Country sunsets already!

Nick's place was a beautiful and well-appointed retreat, ideal for gathering and celebrating as a family. The setting above the water and looking across at undeveloped land and wildlife was very peaceful. The variety of unique and nicely decorated bedrooms (main house, casita, guest house) created comfortable spaces for everyone and there were plenty of indoor spaces to gather together for meals, conversation, and laughter. There were also numerous well-designed and spacious outdoor gathering areas, which I'm sure are a lot of fun in warmer weather. The kitchen in the main house and guest house was well-stocked with cooking and serving utensils, needed appliances, and extras like an icemaker, various coffee makers, and a separate drink fridge. Nick was super responsive to any questions I had. Overall, the place was wonderful and luxurious, and many conversations were had around coming back or renting it for other groups and occasions.

Absolutely amazing AirBnB home and experience! Far exceeded our expectations, which were already high based on all the photos and amenities listed for the house! We have stayed at a lot of Airbnb homes, and this has by far been the most amazing AirBnB experience we’ve had so far! The home and entire property are incredibly beautiful and we felt right at home immediately … It honestly didn’t even feel like staying in a rental property, it just had a very cozy and comfortable feeling about it, which made our stay for our family Christmas vacation even more special! Nick is a wonderful host … incredibly responsive, and went out of his way to make our stay incredible! We would highly recommend this home to anyone who wants an incredible Texas Hill Country experience on the water and we hope to come back and stay again sometime in the future!
