Perfect setting for a sibling get together! We thoroughly enjoyed the open porch with coffee and bird song. A great walk to downtown was easily accessible. Very quiet neighborhood! We asked a question to the host who immediately responded to our inquiry. I would come back to this spot again if I get another chance to visit Hot Springs!

The house was cleaned and so well stocked! Literally anything that we needed to feel at home except the groceries - there were 6 farm fresh eggs left for us and coffee with creamer options and sugar. It was easy to get into the home and it felt very private. The rooms all had comfortable beds and clean linens. Bathrooms were clean and well supplied with extra soft towels. This home was an excellent base for exploring Hot Springs National Park and enjoying the natural beauty of the area. We would definitely recommend this home!

Cute cozy home. Well stocked which made for a really comfortable stay. My family and I came to explore the area and this home was a great base camp for us.

The home was so wonderfully decorated and spotless. Absolutely spotless!! They thought of everything to make it a comfortable stay. For example, phone charges in every bedroom with a lamp that accommodated the charges. The fireplace was wonderful for the unexpectedly cold chill for Spring Break. I loved that the history of the home was included in the binder along with all of the numbers that might be needed. My biggest takeaway was that it was the coziest and cleanest home for the weekend trip. I also would say that the stairs to the upstairs were steep so make sure someone can pull themself up. We laughed about getting up them, but led to the most serene area with a sitting area and a skylight. It was just a beautiful home!
