My family and I love Negril and each time we visited, it was always a challenge finding a modern and stylish accommodations that was family friendly and able to accommodate large groups…so we created Lemonade....located just 15 mins from Negril, this spacious three bedroom home is large enough to accommodate up to 9 persons and has been designed to offer comfort and convenience to families and groups looking to spend their time together under one roof. We look forward to hosting you. This is a newly constructed house and a new listing on Airbnb. It is a three bedroom, two bath bungalow home with access to a spacious backyard. There is also a spacious living room and dining room area with lots of seating to comfortably accommodate a large family or group. *PLEASE NOTE* YOU WILL HAVE THIS PROPERTY TO YOURSELF, IT IS NOT SHARED. There is a total of 6 beds, a King size bed in the Master, a queen bed in the guest room and 2 pair of bunk beds in the smallest room with 4 single beds. All rooms have AC and ceiling fans for comfort. PLEASE NOTE ***THE NIGHTLY BASE PRICE IS FOR TWO BEDROOMS AND ALLOWS ACCESS FOR UP TO 4-5 GUESTS*** If you need additional rooms to comfortable accommodate your party, please use the guidelines below: TWO BEDROOM: 4-5 guests (Max 4 adults OR 4 Adults and 1 child OR 2 adults and 2-3 children) THREE BEDROOMS: 5-9 guests * (up to 8 adults max and one infant) It is expected of guests to choose which option they desire at the time of booking. Please also note, the number of guests dictate the nightly rate as well as the number of rooms requested. We are not able to accommodate no more than 5 ( 4 adults and a child) persons for two rooms. I am in love with this place, it was a beautiful place inside and out. What you see is what you get and more. Felt very homey and comfortable, definitely recommend.
Secure gated complex which was easy to enter then get into the apartment. Lemonade was a lovely, clean, comfortable home and is a great size, everything that we needed was inside. Host was very helpful and responsive. Doesn't seem like many of the houses are lived in at the moment so the road and pool were very quiet. Our only downside was that there wasn't much to do in the immediate walkable distance but could drive into Negril within about 20mins.
I was a bit hesitant to book this place as I saw it’s a new listing and not much reviews but I’m so glad I did. The house was exactly as in the pictures….nicely decorated, had plenty of room and everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The house was located about 15 mins from the Centre of Negril which made it a short ride into town by Shuttle for food, certain restaurants and to go to the beaches. On the days where we felt we wanted to just laze around instead of going into town, we enjoyed going to the swimming pool which felt surprisingly private as we had it to ourselves most days. We felt safe and the area was quiet. The host was also courteous, quick to respond and accommodating which made our stay even more special…Thanks for having us Terri….we can’t wait to return.
We had a terrible travel mishap. The place we booked was unavailable because the management service went out of business without notice. We found Terri's place while frantically driving from the Montego Bay airport to Negril to meet up with family. I asked Terri if we could book her place on short notice. She agreed and allowed us to check in much earlier than 3 pm. Terri's engagement from the beginning foreshadowed positive things to come. Terri remained proactively engaged the entire time we stayed in her beautifully situated home. While I did not want to bother her with questions, I had no choice. As the first occupants of her newly built property, minor things came up. Terri could not have been more understanding. I strongly recommend you consider Terri's property when you consider your lodging options in Little London. As a minor note, if you plan to spend time in Negril, the drive is about 25 minutes away. Otherwise, perfection!!!! Thank you, Terri for your hospitality

Located in a quiet local community, just 15 mins outside the hustle and bustle of the main town of Negril, this property offers guests the opportunity to experience the authenticity of Jamaica while at the same time inclusive of modern amenities for convenience and comfort.

The beach strip such as Margaritaville beach is about half mile from the property and a shuttle can be arranged to pick you up and take you into town or to the beach. Jam West Adventure Tours is also less than 5 mins drive. There are local restaurants less than 3 mins drive or you can go into the town where will find a wider variety of restaurants and shops. For safety and security, the property is in a gated community with a security guard at the gate during the evenings/nights.

We have a few transportation options to choose from:
-Shuttle service can be arranged to take you directly to the JamWest Beach at Seven Mile Beach, or into the Town of Negril or JamWest Adventure Park.
-Or You can catch local taxi's out by the main road
-Or your own personal chartered driver to tour you around.
Montego Bay Airport is 1 hour and 20 mins to the property. Direct pick up from the Airport can be arranged.
