What an amazing place! When we first arrived Jeff showed us the whole entire house and explained to us everything we needed to know for the time we were staying. Jeff also took the time to answer anything questions we had. After unpacking and settling in we really took notice to how nice the house really was. The house is very clean and each bedroom had its own privacy with each one having its own bathroom with all the amenities we needed. Also there is a powder room on the main floor for guests. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and grill each day and night. There is enough keys and gate openers and also there was a laptop and wifi. The pool was great with lights and jets. There was two gas grills and one coal grill. We chose to use the coal grill. There is a air conditioner in every room although the house is nice and cool so we didn't really need to use them all. This house is located in a nice gated community. Its safe and also quiet. There was security at the gate 24 hours a day and they were great and patient with all the coming and going we did through out the day and night. Jeff is only a phone call away at anytime for anything we needed and also called and checked with us to see if there was anything we needed. Cant wait until the next time we are able to vacation there again. Thanks Again Jeff!

We enjoyed our stay at Jeff's house. He was there to greet us and give us a tour when we arrived. He even gave us a bottle of Appletons Rum as a welcome gift! We had 4 couples staying in the house, which was perfect. Each couple had there own bedroom with an attached full bathroom. Lots of privacy for everyone. I would not suggest using the 5th room, unless it was for children, as it only has a day bed and pull out sofa. We encountered a few minor issues with the house, the dish washer did not work, and the jet tub in the master bedroom did not work. The showers in most of the rooms did not have much pressure, but I've come to expect this when travelling. Jeff brought in a second water tank to ensure we did not run out of water, which was great! The kitchen was equipped with most everything we needed. We did ask Jeff for a larger coffee pot, which he bought for us the next day. The wifi and cable tv worked good. The wifi is a little tricky, but once we figured out how to reset it, all was good! The only downfall to staying here is the location. We did not anticipate the amount of money we had to spend on taxis. Although you are a 5 minute taxi ride to most places you want to go, there is simply no walking anywhere from here, its just too far, too hot and a bit dangerous, as there are no sidewalks on the busy street that runs outside of the gated community the house is located in. That being said, Jeff did line us up with a wonderful driver named Clinton, who worked with us and was fair with his prices. I would recommend dealing with Jeff. He always answered our calls, and tried to fix any little problems we encountered. Bottom line, don't sweat the small stuff! Negril is a beautiful place! Enjoy!!

Nice newer home. Very private. Any issues were taken care of. Nice owner and staff.
