My wife and I are in agreement that this was one of our most favorite vacations ever and this house had a lot to do with that experience. The photos are very good and representative here but the place is even more spectacular in person. The privacy, yet walkable proximity to attractions, was just perfect. The host is as responsive as you could ask for with any request or problem. There was a water issue in the area prior to our arrival which affected the first day or so of our stay but the host and staff were on it and made it all just fine. The staff that we got to know during the week - Kenya the chef, Hibbert the caretaker, Thania the housekeeper, and Tracey the main security guard (yes, it's quite the staff) were all so wonderful and we enjoyed getting to know them and considered them friends by the end of the week. We plan to come back and stay here again and we hope we get to see the same staff and spend the week with them again. Our kids loved them and that says everything.

This is an incredible property located right on the water and gives you the experience of island life and Negril. As a family of four and with two toddlers, we absolutely loved the property. We spent the mornings on the veranda enjoying an amazing breakfast prepared by Ms Kenya while enjoying the views. The kids would either head to the private pool or the ocean. There is also daily housekeeping and ground clean up. We felt the staff’s presence at all times, but it was for our safety or to answer the never ending requests from the kids. Each morning, other tourists would pass by and take pictures of the house and ask about the details. Amazing stay. Amazing people. Amazing everything.

The Location was wonderful. House was spacious. Cleaning staff "Tina" was great Cook "Margery" is a pro Security " Michael and Sonya" kept us feeling safe and were very kind to the children. Host "Zein" was a great at communicating. AC worked very well in the bedrooms we never tried it for the rest of the house. Cool ocean breezes we only closed the windows at night for fear of mosquitos, but I don't think I was bit once, except by the ants. Those little bastards look like sugar ants but they are to be feared :) This is apparently a thing in Jamaica, I didn't believe it till it happened to me. The house is 1970s, the only negative comment I have: the bathrooms are dated and closet built ins are dated.

If you are visiting Negril for the first time, especially if you are traveling with a family or 4+ people, this is the perfect place to stay. If you stay in this villa, you will enjoy your trip so much more than if you stay at a resort. The staff is amazing. Marjorie, the chef, can cook any Jamaican food better than any restaurant in Negril. She will cook whatever you want for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and you can eat every meal right on the patio. The housekeeper and groundskeeper are there everyday to replace towels and linens, keep the house clean, and rake up any trash that makes it onto your private beach. The villa has a private stretch of the most pristine, peaceful, beautiful white sand beach. The villa literally sits right on the sand, and the water is crystal clear. In 10 steps from your living room entrance, you can be in the ocean. None of the resorts have a stretch of beach so perfect. The Villa is right next to Dr. Love's home. If you stay there you will know who that is- he is a local legend in Negril, a musician/artist, and has been living next door since the 80s. Kids will dig his hang out area. He has a lot of cool shells and art. The villa is a 5 minute max taxi ride from every club, bar, live music venue, or restaurant worth visiting. The security is 24 hours, and very friendly, so your kids can run around the large property, and every one of the staff will look out for them. If you need anything, both the owner and property manager respond instantly, whether through the air BNB chat, or whatsapp. The owner is super friendly. All around good vibes here. If I came back to Negril, this is the only place I would stay.
