Fantastic place for a family vacation. Has all the amenities for snorkeling and tennis. The location is great and provides a quiet environment. There is a mid-size supermarket 100 yards away with all the necessary products. The place itself has two beautiful pristine beaches with live corals and many reef fishes. The staff is excellent and very attentive. We asked them to pick up Patties on their way to work every morning. The tropical garden at the facility is fantastic, with many beautiful flowers and trees. The house has a new TV set and all channels possible and a surround sound system for the inside and outside so we were able to stream our music throughout the day (Good WiFi). Also, there are two amazing dogs at the place, Max and Stella, who are amazing and very friendly, which helped us with missing our pets back home. Max will always hop on and join any paddle boarding and kayaking adventures. We have been on beach vacations around the world, and this place was the best

The villa and the grounds are absolutely amazing. Beautiful landscaping, great staff, and the little private beaches are wonderful. Also played a lot of tennis on the clay court. Overall was a perfect spot for a bunch of friends to gather with easy access to town and surrounding amenities. Only complaint would be that music was drifting over at night from the adjacent resorts on Seven Mile Beach. Some of our party wore ear plugs when going to sleep. Would definitely return though. It's a very special place!

This place is like a little slice of Heaven in Negril! The home itself is beautiful, right on the beach and better than I ever imagined. The staff!! Oh My GOODNESS, The Staff!! From The House Manager to Ms. Ann & Natalie the housekeepers (who are also amazing cooks) they all made us feel like we were at Home! I celebrated my 40th bird and when I tell you they handled everything from the food, decorations, cake ect! The only thing I had to do was sit back and enjoy!
