I cannot emphasize how incredible this house is. We had a blast swimming in the pool, playing pool, grilling/cooking, hanging out, and traveling to nearby beaches and restaurants. We didn't end up swimming in the ocean due to a storm that caused choppy waters during our stay but the ocean views were incredible and the sunsets amazing. There is a grocery store 1 minute away and Rick's is a five minute walk. To get to a beach you'll have to take a short taxi ride but taxis are abundant. I would definitely stay here again and everyone in my group loved it. Lastly, it is definitely large enough to accommodate 16 people easily.

We enjoyed our family’s stay at Carey’s place. Carey and Vivene were very responsive and friendly. The light house was fun to jump from into the ocean, and lots of hang out space for games and gathering a group. We rented out the entire house so it was nice to have the space to ourselves. Need to keep an eye on little kids with pool and ocean within walking distance. It’s a ten minute drive from Margaritaville which was nice to grab food and enjoy the beach.

Great stay close to the sea, really enjoyed all the activities close by. Carey and Viv were welcoming and warm.

Carey’s place was ideal. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The house close near to the ocean, which added to the charm of the venue. Carey was a great host who ensured that all our needs were met.

I travelled to Negril with a group of 13 people most of whom were visiting the island for the first time. Carey, Vivene and their team were beyond amazing. We chose to add on driving and chef services, which really made the entire trip come together and allowed us to save some money and stress. The coordination and communication was truly top tier. It was nice to have the plunge pool on the main level but the real WOW experience was being able to jump off the cliffs by the lighthouse featured on the back of the property every morning. The group had an incredible time and the hosts were very attentive to the details of my itinerary making great restaurant suggestions and even passing by to drop off candles for the birthday surprise. If you are traveling with a big group or simply planning a family getaway, you will not regret any moment of this fabulous experience and amazing stay! We will most definitely be back ✌🏽One Love ❤️
