Relax at this peaceful family home located just 10 -15 minutes from Downtown Asheville & 1.2 miles from I-40 intersection. The property sits in a quiet neighborhood on a private drive surrounded by woods and nature. We are convenient to the Biltmore House, NC Arboretum and Blue Ridge Parkway. We are pet-friendly, family oriented and have wheelchair access into house with other handicap amenities. Kick back in the rocking chairs on the screened in front porch and enjoy life on Looney Creek! Master bedroom with queen size sleep number bed. Master Bathroom with walk in shower. One bedroom with full size bed and other bedroom with queen size bed. Back porch with dining area and gas grill. Hot tub area fenced and private. Screened front porch with 6 rockers.

We absolutely enjoyed our visit. Felt like being at home. Beds slept great and the hot tub was amazing. Great hostess and recommend this place for a home away from home.
Barbara was an amazing host. All the amenities provided were amazing! This place was perfect for our family including our 2 dogs to have a mini getaway. The front porch and back yard seem so private and beautiful. I would recommend this place 100%.
We had a very nice stay at Barbara's house. It was very comfortable and the screened in porch was so homey! The location was convenient to the interstate and West Asheville. We enjoyed the hot tub, the snacks, and the coffee. Barbara was easy to communicate with. We certainly plan to return!

Hosts were great, amenities were as described. Everyone was so pleased with the place and the extra effort to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We needed handicap accessible and the provisions were spot on!

We are on the outskirts of West Asheville on a quiet dead end road. There are numerous restaurants,fast food, and grocery stores close by. Our family has lived here in Asheville since 1945 and had one of the first homes on our street.There is a friendly and lovely little church at the end of our road.
Private driveway, garage not available at this time. There is enough space to accommodate several cars in driveway. Uber is available in our area.
