It’s a brick Cape Cod in a quiet neighborhood with lots of gardens. The basement area has been totally refinished into an apartment with new flooring and lots of fresh paint. The first room was originally a summer kitchen so it was easy to refit the new kitchenette into it. It is equipped with a toaster oven, microwave, mini fridge and a single eye inductive cooktop. Next, you enter through french doors into the den area. It has been been re-designed to become a roomy bedroom/living room area. The living area is equipped with a sofa and large smart tv., a comfortable work space and the guest’s large closet. There is also a full bath with linen storage.
