Plenty to do here, you can relax in the garden, surf at the west coast beach, swim at kaiiwi lake (looks like a tropical island), wonder through Waipoua forest and see the majestic Tane Mahuta, see glow worms in the native bush Trounson Park or drive over to the east coast in 45 minutes. This is the ideal location to start your journey into the far north, with the Hokianga and Bay of Island's day trips away. Relax in the super king bed with aircon/heat, WIFI, chromecast and full mini kitchen and amenities. Not suitable for young children - there are unfenced drop off areas.
