Newly furnished contemporary 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom double story apartment in trendy Sea Point. Ideally positioned in a quiet side street, a short walk to countless restaurants, coffee shops, retailers and the popular Sea Point Promenade. Just a 10 minute drive to Table Mountain and the world-famous beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay. The building features a 500 m2 communal rooftop entertainment deck with a pool, BBQ facilities and seating areas. This two-story loft-style apartment offers stunning, contemporary designer furnishing and finishes throughout. It features a modern open-plan kitchen with an island, dining area and lounge which opens onto a large balcony. The kitchen is fitted with high-end appliances, and the living area has everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The main bedroom is on the second floor and has an extra-length queen size bed, en suite bathroom, aircon and a private balcony. The second bedroom has a double bed with ample storage space and a separate bathroom. Other Amenities Include : Uncapped WiFi Netflix 2 x Covered & Secure Parking Bays UPS for the router during load-shedding IMPORTANT : Please note that the Building will be undergoing routine waterproofing maintenance on the roof deck area. This is expected to end by mid - late September. Please also note that the Building Management currently does not allow visitors for Short Term Rental Occupants.
The apartment was good, but way smaller then it appeared on the pictures. The second bedroom was pretty small, had only a small window towards the hallway of the building, so there was not really a lot of fresh air. The bathroom was even smaller without any window. Generally, the noise from outside was really loud and the whole apartment was badly soundproofed. Internet connection was pretty bad in both sleeping rooms. Given the price, expectations were higher to be fair. However, it was clean, there were no other issues and landlord always helpful, friendly and responsive.
Easy check in and check out process, nice pool area. The property maybe needs a spruce of paint but it was clean and comfortable for our stay.
Sea Point is a vibrant suburb of Cape Town, just outside the city centre between Green Point and Bantry Bay.
Sea Point is built around Main Road (of which Regent Rd is an extension), with its many shops (Woolworths, Spar and Checkers), takeaways, restaurants (including the fantastic La Mouette), bars and coffee shops - all within walking distance. Just about everything you need is found in this part of the city.
The popular Sea Point promenade runs the length of Sea Point’s beachfront, from Bantry Bay to Mouille Point and is a hub of activity, particularly in the early morning or late afternoons to watch the sun set right next to the crystal waters of the Atlantic Seaboard. A number of children’s parks run alongside the promenade. There is also an outdoor gym and a chlorinated swimming pool at the pavilion. It's a great place for running, leisurely strolls, picnics, people watching and taking in the beauty around you.
The City Centre, V&A Waterfront and beautiful Clifton and Camps Bay beaches are all a short drive away.

Many amenities are within walking distance and taxis or Uber readily service the area.
A bus stop for a popular MyCiti bus route is nearby. This is a reliable bus service with routes taking you to the inner City. It connects to other routes going to the V&A Waterfront, Clifton & Camps Bay beaches, as well as Hout Bay fishing village.
The red open top "hop-on hop-off" City Sightseeing bus stops is a great way to get to know and explore our city and it's surrounds.
