We had a wonderful family stay at the house in Munyonyo. The view and the grounds are beautiful. Toria also kindly provided us with breakfast foods and fresh fruit on our arrival. Ruth does an excellent job of managing the house and responding to any requests. Highly recommend!
Such a wonderful stay in Kampala. The view over lake Victoria from the living room is absolutely amazing. The place is very spacious and surrounded by beautiful nature. The hosts were absolutely friendly and welcoming. There even was a fruits basket, coffee and other treats waiting for us when we arrived.
Wow, what a find! This gorgeous, tranquil oasis is a hidden gem and such a fab new addition to Kampala’s Airbnb landscape. Will definitely book again and stay longer! The cottage is spacious, with a spectacular floor to ceiling sliding glass door in the main space. The view! Incredibly private, extensive grounds give way to the sparkling blue expanse of Lake Victoria. Birdsong. Monkeys! This is quite literally lakeside, in the sought-after Kla suburb of Munyonyo—with easy access to Entebbe expressway for a straight shot to the airport (~40mins any time of day) . All the usual city amenities— supermarkets, cafes, petrol stations. Speke Resort with its pool, restaurants, health club, horseriding(!)! Etc is a stone’s throw away. I so appreciated the warm welcome 🥂and the unique option of home-cooked dinner, select wines by bottle, and breakfast (at very reasonable prices). Kitchen is well equipped for self catering also. I just made coffee ;-). Such a gorgeous, gracious host. 10 stars!🌟
