We are located in the heart of the village of Pitstone but hidden away in a peaceful setting.
Pitstone is on the border of Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire.
We are close to Ivinghoe Beacon, the start of The Ridgeway. If you're looking for somewhere to stay at the start or end of your walk, The Laurels is perfectly situated.
Close to Pitstone Hill, Pitstone Windmill, the start of The Ridgeway, the Grand Union Canal, Tring Reservoirs, Ashridge and Wendover Woods, you'll be spoilt for choice to explore the local countryside.
We welcome walkers and cyclists and we can lock bicycles away overnight for you.
We are located less than 3 miles from Tring and Cheddington mainline stations. Close to Aylesbury (8 miles), Leighton Buzzard (8 miles), Tring (3.5 miles), Berkhamsted (7 miles) and only 30 minutes drive from Central Milton Keynes. We're also just 30 minutes drive from Luton Airport.
We are within walking distance of local eateries including the award winning Haldi Indian restaurant, the award winning CuriosiTea Rooms, The King's Head - one of 'Britain's Finest restaurants' and the Rose and Crown village pub. We are also just a short drive from other local pubs and further afield you have the amenities of the towns of Tring, Berkhamsted, Leighton Buzzard and Aylesbury.
We're also just a short drive from Pendley Manor should you be attending a wedding there. And Champneys, Tring if you're indulging in a spa day.
