This was our first stay and it was AMAZING! The host was very informative before, during, and after our stay. They were quick to respond to any questions or concerns and made the stay wonderful. The place was very clean and just as the pictures shown. We were very pleased and had plenty of room for our group stay. I couldn’t recommend them enough for the hospitality!

The place @2280 Lelani was beautiful. I loved almost everything. The only issue i had was the pool is cold because there is a wall the blocks the sunlight. When we finally did turn the heater on for the pool it took longer than expected because the pool wasnt at the right level (as per the technician that came out promptly) . I would definitely recommend warming the pool up if its below 86 degrees outside. All the pools adjacent to is were empty due to the cold water although there were families staying in the vicinity. The rooms are all beautiful. Everything was mostly clean. My family loved the house and the amenities at the center. We would definitely visit again. Maria was awesome and ALWAYS answered so fast to any and all concerns.

Beautiful home / CleaN and Comfortable / well kept with great amenities / great communication and accessibility from the host!!! Be back soon. ❤️ If you plan on using the pool I recommend to pay the extra charge for the water heater. Other wise it will be too cold to enjoy it…

Maria was an amazingly responsive and helpful co-host for Ricardo's property. She answered us promptly and helped with anything we needed. The Windsor Island Resort property was very safe and comfortable to walk around. The gym there is clean and well-equipped. I wish it opened a little earlier - but I'm an early riser so 8 AM seemed late. In all honesty, it was great for vacation for me to go a little later. The pools, water slides, bars, restaurants, lazy river and activities in the resort area were SO MUCH FUN. The staff there was great. Only suggestion I have to improve this property even more would be having hooks added in the bathrooms to hang wet towels and hangers in the closets to hang clothes since there aren't dressers. We could have also used a larger pot to boil pasta in and larger frying pan for making breakfast. BUT these are small adjustments not major things - it was BEAUTIFUL. The kids, adults, everyone loved our stay. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
