An instruction/welcome book would help renters understand all the amenities, HVAC system, trash disposal, electronics, etc. We would’ve liked a second house key for backup. Didn’t care for the polyester sheets. Felt sticky when a bit warm, yet slippery at times too. Didn’t seem to breathe like cotton sheets do. A firmer bed in the master would have been good, because our home bed is quite firm and we’re used to that. Loved the shower—plenty of hot water,and good water pressure.

I liked the place even though it is a little out dated. The location is perfect for anyone who likes to walk around and discover the area. There was no instruction book which I mentioned to the host and he will add one. The host was very responsive to my inquires. The kitchen is nice and open to the living room. There was a kettle of tea, which I appreciated. We didn't use the outside porch because we were gone to the beach most of the time but it looked ok. The smaller room has a very small window that does not stay open unless you prop it open. The biggest issue was the smell of stale cigarette smoke. It's unfortunately in the wood paneling. I know it's very difficult to remove without replacing or repainting almost everything. I would advise the host to try an Ozone generator. You can find them on amazon. I would return, if the smell was dealt with because I did like the place.

This place was exactly as it was described. Everything you might want or need is there. I loved that you could walk to the beach… or to any of the local restaurants. The house was spotless!!! We will definitely be back!

I have never been in an AirBNB that so well equipped! Plenty of plates, glasses utensils, everything you need to prepare meals, washer, dryer, towels, soap, shampoo etc. We enjoyed eating on the deck and watching the sunset. it is a 14 minute walk to beautiful Inverness Beach,. There is golf and music. Also the Celtic Coastal trail for walking, cycling etc. starts about 5 minutes away. It is also close to the Cabot trail. We had a good meal at The Annex Restaurant within 5 minutes walking. My husband also appreciated the Route 19 microbrewery. Alexander is responsive. All in all it was a great experience.
