Newly built mordern house with amazing views. Kids had a great time with the games in the basement. Would love to come again next year.

Tim’s place is a brand new home with three large bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. All the appliances are new and the view from the second floor is terrific. The house is very convenient to town, a bank ATM, good restaurants and one of the Cabot golf courses. But it is clearly the nicest house in a working class neighborhood. The neighborhood felt perfectly safe but you do not feel like you are in a resort or high end neighborhood. Overall we were very happy with the experience and we would book the house again if we were back in Inverness.

Place was immaculate, beautiful spot with great location. Favourite part was covered deck. Everything you needed including beach towels, highly recommend.

Beautiful house and feels newly updated. Large spacious bedrooms and spa like bathrooms. Enjoyed watching the sunsets over the water from the covered balcony. Kitchen was well equipped and kids enjoyed being able to sit up at the counter. The location was great, a quick drive or walk to the beach, and main street shops were easily walkable.
