The house was big and in a gated security. However, the host did not provide enough information on the magnitude of the major construction going on the house. Construction people banging on the walls all week. The cigarette smell from construction crew comes into the house. There was no privacy as the curtains were sheer and construction crew walks by windows in bedroom and bathroom and can see through easily. There was no water for 2 days. According to neighbors water being turned off is common so they have backup water tanks when this occurs. The host should have something in place for water is turned off or warned that this situation will occur. Host did not provide instructions to where gym and pool is located until we asked after 2 days. Host did not respond for over 6 hours where response time is supposed to be 1 hour. One of the bathrooms tub leaked so we could not use it.

Jan was very accommodating and understanding. I had booked a day before my trip because of a last minute cancellation by another host she came through and saved the day! I felt safe and secure and throughly enjoyed the house! Everything is just as described!

The home was as described and was able to accommodate the 6 of us comfortably. Quiet gated community which made us feel safe. Not far from restaurants and shopping. Internet service was great. Only downside was that the water was turned off without notice several times during our stay which was no fault of the host or owner. Will stay at this location again.

This home was beautiful. The host communicated very well with me when I had problems finding the home. Also, gave us extra assistance. It was beautiful and comforting. Everything I asked for Jan helped me with. I would definitely stay here again!

Guys I am going to keep saying it book this place and you won’t regret it this my second time going there and can’t wait to go back again love love the place
