This is our second stay in Weeki Wachee at the same house! Everything worked, it was clean and we had a wonderful, relaxing time. Kevin is a great host and always responds with helpful information!

Our family of five (plus dog) had a wonderful stay. Kevin’s place was clean and spacious. With three teens it was great to be able to spread out a little. The fenced in yard with gate was perfect for our dog to check out the jumping fish in the river without constantly having to be restrained. The neighborhood was great for daily walks. Kevin’s place came with 4 one-seat kayaks, 1 two-seat kayak and a stand-up-paddle board, plus life vests and paddles for everyone and more. The location was perfect-a short car ride to the main shopping areas and an Italian restaurant within walking distance. Kevin responded within a very short time of reaching out to him. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Great accommodations. Exactly as stated. The downstairs is a separate Florida room with its own little living area and bedroom. Older kids will love this privacy or a second family. Kevin was amazing host! Super fast response time and very helpful with any questions or recommendations I needed. One thing to note is to bring bug spray. We did it and got eaten alive. It’s about 10 minutes to get to clear water and about 30+ minutes to get to Roger’s Park. If you want to go to the main Weeki Wachee park, you’ll want to drive but it’s suuuuper close.

Kevin went above and beyond to help us get in the unit early, even coordinating with the cleaner for us. Place is great, clean and nice. Kayakarm was a big help in getting us and kids into the water. Definitely a great value for this area. We would definitely recommend.

Kevin’s place was beautiful. It’s right on the water and there was a ton of wildlife to watch. We enjoyed the spacious house and loved that our dogs could join us. We would go back!
