We had a great time at the house and the grounds were amazing! It was a family friendly atmosphere with things for the kids to do and plenty of the items needed for the beach.

Check in was slightly frustrating: we had gotten of an international flight. We weren't sent full address or check in code until just after check in. I don't think this was Bria's fault. I think they are using a service to automatically send check in instructions that sent them a bit late. Otherwise, everything else about the place was great and as advertised!

We really enjoyed our stay with Bria (+ Katie, her husband, and their beautiful family). The owners live on the property (downstairs from the house) and are very friendly and welcoming. The house is beautiful, and the land is well-maintained and located on top of Pupukea, near Haleiwa. The location is perfect for easy access to the beaches and grocery store (Foodland) and a short 5-minute drive to Waimea Beach, Shark's Cove, Sunset Beach, etc. The house deck has an ocean view and is a wonderful place for morning coffee, yoga or meditation.

This place is great! It was an effortless visit from start to finish. There was clear communication with the host, we felt welcome on the property (even with the owners being on site), and there were lots of extras that made a big difference. I was traveling with a student group and there was enough gear and toys on hand to outfit them all. The yard is gorgeous and perfect for frisbee. :) We were extremely comfortable!
