Great value for money

Although the structure and location of the house is perfect. Small village, in the middle of the mountains, its perfect spot. But there are a lot of problems with the house and maintenance of the house. There are two adjacent houses with three bedrooms in each house. The house on the lower floor is prettier but it's hotter. Since there are no ACs, on a hot summer day it gets very hard to sleep at night. The other house is relatively cooler. We had no issues sleeping there. But the days are certainly hot. To add to it, there is no power back up - no inverter or generator. We were there for two days, and one whole day we spent without electricity and internet. Thankfully the power came back before sun down.  The house lacks basic maintenance. There is a kitchen in each house but there is nothing in it, not even basic dishes or a microwave. The cold water to drink comes from the common kitchen. Besides all the issues relating to maintenance and lack of basic things in the house, food is the biggest challenge. SInce the house is very far from the city, it's impossible to order in. So, you have to order from their inhouse kitchen.  We could not eat the first meal as it was too spicy, they eventually improved. But the biggest  problem is hygiene in the kitchen. It's impossible to eat their food after looking at the kitchen. Fridge is in the adjacent room to the kitchen, which is equally dirty and also probably where the staff sleeps. It's a small fridge, that's the reason cold drinking water and ice is rare in the house.   The boys who work at the house tried to do their best to provide what we needed. Manager came to visit a few times, besides saying it's all right, everything will be fine, he did not do anything.  Btw, the house might feel like value for money, but they make sure to rip you off on the food bill.
