I had a very comfortable stay in Victor’s loft during a weekend trip. Victor always quickly responded to my messages whenever I had questions, and was such a friendly host! The loft is gorgeous and the location is great.

Without going into too much detail, here are a few examples of why you should stay clear of this place. 1. The bed wasn’t made on arrival. I had to find sheets and make it myself. The sheets I used were not even washed. 2. The host has dates over and has shower time with them while other guests are working in the kitchen. 3. The fridge and pantry are incredibly overcrowded to the point things fall out. 4. Host made fun and questioned the words I used. 5. Upon leaving the room, I worked in the kitchen until it was time for me to leave and witnessed the host prepare the room for new guests arriving, keeping the same base sheet and duvet cover. Overall, it wasn’t a great experience, and it was incredibly overpriced. There were four other guests staying when I was there, and it was overcrowded and felt like a university hall of residence. If you are in a couple or have a family, please avoid staying here!

Victor's Airbnb is everything you could hope for--an amazing experience as well as a lesson in good living. I stayed for about a month. Felt at home the moment I walked in and didn't want to leave. The loft is beautifully appointed and located just a few blocks from the subway. It's also close to great restaurants, cafes, and shops. Victor is a wonderful host and extremely accommodating. I also appreciated the company of other guests, a few of whom I became friends with. Can't wait to stay again!
