Great location, just steps from the Dupleix Metro stop. Patisserie, wine store, and Brasserie within two blocks. Flat is very private, and off of an inner courtyard, so extremely quiet and sheltered from the bustle of the city. The home is a nice combination of vintage French style and modern amenities. We would absolutely stay here again!

The apartment was very conveniently located to both the bus and train. About a 35ish minute ride to Gar du Nord. Yann was very flexible with check in and out. The location was very close to the Eiffel Tower and river. There were great bakeries and restaurants near by. The only problem we encountered was the lack of ventilation and cleanliness; however, we did come during a hot time of year. More fans/ventilation would have been nice. I also noticed the place could use a really good deep clean, as there was dirt and dust everywhere. Overall a good experience. I think for the same price range, something cleaner with air conditioning or just better ventilation would have been nice. With that being said, we had a great stay and really appreciate the flexibility of the host.

Just as described this is a nice private spot to have down time with the kids between sightseeing. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom is spacious. The kitchen is updated and quite nice with a skylight for additional natural light. It is not on the street so most noises are from the local neighbors in the complex. We were there in mid-June when it is quite hot and there is no air conditioner but they supply fans for the bedrooms which was appreciated. Note there are fragile things around and antique seeming furniture so if your kids come, be sure they’re good at being careful with others porcelain items.
