This riverfront 2 level unit is located in quiet Allenstown, NH which allows the perfect location for something that's close to everything but located in a private area. Enjoy a glass of wine after work while listening to the river flow or drive to the endless attractions surrounding you! One hour from Boston, the seacoast, and multiple ski resorts. NH is great for hiking, biking, boating, and any outdoor activity is at your fingertips! Individual making the booking must be 25 or older <—— 1BDRM 1BATH 2-level with Keyless, Contactless Entry. This unit has a Queen bed that’s very comfortable, the couch in the pictures folds down and turns into a (full size) sleeping area for 1 Adult or 2 kids comfortably. The Chase lounge chair (single bed size) in the bedroom also sleeps 1 child. Bathroom is on the first floor and we offer shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Towels (body and hand), face cloths, and toiletries are all supplied. Living room and kitchen are open concept with a kitchen table (4 chairs) in the middle which is a great space for meals. The kitchen is complete with all cookware, microwave, coffee maker and full size fridge. Spare blankets and pillows can be found in the upstairs bedroom either in the closet or bottom drawers of the dresser.

Worked perfectly for my husband and two kids. Only down side for us was the bathroom and kitchen being on the ground floor and the bedroom being upstairs. Made it more challenging to get up in the middle of the night to quickly make a bottle. I always appreciate places that are nice and clean and this place was great. Would definitely stay again when we are in the area.

My stay worked out great for my needs and the place is as described and very clean. I had a little trouble figuring out the correct entrance and lock, but very smooth otherwise and Coty was quick to respond.
