This was a great place for 9 people to stay. Plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. Loved all the coffee options!

Jeffrey's home was lovely. We celebrated a lady-cousins reunion. All of us in our 60's - 70's. The space worked out excellent and the setting was wonderful. Plenty of space for all. Would definitely consider using again.

Great and comfortable place. It has everything that you need and completely stocked and ready to go. Plenty of room to spread out and lots of lounging space. Would love to stay there again.

We had nine of us staying for the NCAA wrestling championships. The house was easy to find and had everything we wanted. The beds were also comfortable and the neighborhood very nice. You know the neighborhood is nice when an older man walking about takes a picture of your van, lol. We had a big white van, that kind of looks like a "creeper van," lol. We slowed down and didn't pull into the driveway because a little girl was in the way. But we slowed and kept waiting, so an older neighbor thought we looked suspicious and took our photo. We eventually pulled away and turned around and came back and parked. We said, "Well, that's great the neighbors are looking out for one another!"
