Lovely place and we would have had no complaints. But we were there on a Saturday evening. We were kept up by music in the flat below till at 23.30 I went down to ask them to turn it down. They were perfectly polite and did stop the music then. From then till nearly two we were kept awake by a party which for much of the time seemed to have spilled into the street from one of the houses around the corner.

Adam was really friendly, helpful and responsive. The apartment had all the amenities listed and was easy to access. It was exactly where we needed and we went out for a fantastic meal which was walking distance away. However, with very thin walls and doors, noises through the night from the apartment below were an issue and kept us awake. They certainly seemed to be enjoying themselves! While everything was neat and tidy, the bathroom didn’t seem very clean. We can’t fault Adam on his helpful, swift help when we tried to get in using the wrong key!

Lovely little apartment, close to Moseley village with nice cafes and shops. Adam was very responsive and helpful
