Overall a good experience through this listing. The host was very responsive and accommodating for what we needed. They provided a comfortable pack n play and high chair for our daughter, however the pack n play was a little broken it seemed so we had to improvise to keep it steady. But it did the job. It was definitely rough surroundings but thankful we had locks on the outdoor gate and door. Unfortunately the pool was pretty dirty and that was a big reason why we booked the house, we used it once but only for a few minutes since it was pretty dirty. We did not ask the host to come clean it as we weren't staying long but I'm sure they would if we had asked. No comfortable seating sadly, it rained for a few of the days we were there and the couch and chair in the living room were very uncomfortable to sit on to relax. Same with outdoor seating, just need some upgrades there for sure. Ice maker full cubes did not work, needs work there. Surrounding area not great.

We came for Jazz Fest and rented bikes. This location was great for biking to the event, out to City Park, and to the French Quarter. We really enjoyed being able to cool off in the pool.

This place is in the best location and has all the amenities. Beats out hotel stays any given time. I will be back and this is a well kept secret. Beautiful, cozy, and convenient.

Loved the place! If I ever visit i would definitely stay here. Everything was up to par and well worth it. They were very responsive to all of our needs and made sure we had all of the right info for our stay.
