We had a great stay at Matthew's place. It was my husband and I and our five kids . All 7 of us ND grads, so it was wonderful staying across Angela from the ND entrance...just perfect for a morning run/walk...walk to Eddy st etc. House also has ping pong and corn hole(we didn't use)but wow Perfect house for anyone visiting the area and wanting to be in walking distance to ND and the beautiful campus as well as all the convenience of Eddy St. Kitchen was very well equipped, as were the baths. Beds were comfortable, nice linens and towels. House was immaculate. Had a backyard as well. Would definitely recommend!

Really great house in a nearly perfect location (Angela can be a tad noisy at times). Beds are a little hard with the memory foam, but not necessarily uncomfortable. So many beds and great entertainment setups on both floors is perfect for large groups attending ND events. We had a baptism so it was great to have everyone under one roof to have lots of time with the baby. Matthew was also super responsive at check-in and in the booking process.
